Will Norfolk Broads Flood Again?

October is here and so too are the rains which were all too familiar in 2023.
The question is, what was learnt from last year's floods and are the waterways at risk of flooding again?
The answers in my opinion is that nothing has been learnt and the waterways will very likely flood again.
