According to the agency, minor flooding is anticipated in low-lying areas, roads, and riverside locations along the River Bure, River Ant, and River Thurne. The areas at greatest risk include the River Bure from Wroxham Bridge, the Ant from Honing, and the Thurne stretching from Hickling to Breydon Water.
Flooding is also likely around Potter Heigham, the boatyards in Wroxham, and Ferry Road in Horning.
Although water levels are currently elevated, they are expected to return to normal soon. Residents in affected areas are advised to be cautious on waterside roads and footpaths, avoiding unnecessary risks. The Environment Agency does not anticipate the situation worsening or issuing further warnings at this time.
