Mysterious Boat Heritage

Here is an interesting vessel.
It has been on the Norfolk Broads for.a considerable amount of time..hence it's appearance on the quality boats of the broads website which is now sadly obsolete due to the death of its webmaster.
Can anyone identify it's origins or possibly identity it?
It's heritage is of much interest to locals.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
