Magnet Fishing

Post by Dances With Otters » September 20th, 2018, 8:36 am

My first find magnet fishing.
I pulled this 80's throwback out within feet of the sign, in fact it was below my bilge keels.

No gold coins then? I see the photo is taken near to the 24 hr mooring sign. To date is it having any effect?

The only effect it has had is to now offer two new mooring posts and somewhere for dogs to pee on
Same boats, still there.

I have not had any trolleys yet, as since paying for carrier bags was introduced, possibly, it has changed the mindset of some fly tippers.
My most common finds as of yet are old mooring heading bolts and lots of old fishing hooks.....think the fish just **** them out
