Dinghy owners

Post by JohnS » March 12th, 2018, 9:49 am

Dinghy owners! Have any of you risked put a dog in an inflatable dinghy? I'm talking about the risk from their claws puncturing it? I'm currently looking at different types of dinghy, of grp construction, but I'm now thinking it'd be easier if I could use a blow up.
How tough is the material used on dinghys? And does the toughness of the material improve proportionally with price, or is that just the quality of the stitching etc
Thanks in advance 👍

A good quality inflatable will stand up to a lot of abuse. Go to a good chandlers and have a look at a few. Dont buy one from a camping shop..
I've known plenty of dog owners who have never had any problems

That's good to know, it would be easier for me to have an inflatable 👍
