New Season

Post by avg45 » March 5th, 2018, 6:34 pm

Hi just to let you know that it is less than 3 weeks until I open up our boat for the new season. I would dearly like to keep boating all year round but as I live over 3 hours away I have to put her to bed for the winter mid November. I take my hat off to all those intrepid boaters who live aboard all year round or use their boats all year round. I have been following their exploits all Winter with interest. Happy boating and hope to see you all on the rivers.

This winter there was a very big increase in boats out on the rivers. Many familiar boats too, great to see it and always much better in the pub as you get to pick your own table.

Totally agree Miles. I have been following your Vlog re High Seas with great interest. Did you finally get the mast up successfully?
