"Here lies the body of Mary Lee; died at the age of a hundred and three. For fifteen years she kept her virginity; not a bad record for this vicinity."
Re: SWAP
I had a BIC dinghy. It was terrible.
It had a catamaran type hull which was easier to row backwards.
In addition, the hull was made of soft plastic. A simple drag out of the water would wreck the underneath.

Re: SWAP
I'd just have a quick butchers at one.
The ones with the wheels built-in are possibly a bit better but if it is the hideously overpriced blue and white sport version?
I'd keep your gold coins as they are proper...

Re: SWAP
I had one....they are fully log.
Most French stuff is to be honest.
Renault ...maybe ok? But only because they have a high tech division.
Anything else is ...
Not so long ago...planned obselescence in production didn't exist.
Engine like BMC B series was made by engineers for engineers.
I had a ball joint collapse today on my Lexus.
I made the mistake of buying something badged as aftermarket potentially German but was actually Chinese ****. Learned the hard way.
I do believe you get what you pay for
If you want a good tender...pay the premium. It's the same with tools.
Swear once buying it rather than swearing all the time when it fails...
From now on I am going to insist on the best even if it takes longer to be able to buy it...I am so fed up with rubbish manufacturing.

Sadly we are at a time when it is more important to get something to you quickly even if it's B.S.
