From memory it may be owned by the person who owns the The Beauchamp Arms.
There was a Planning Application to convert the Berney Arms to residential so worth checking the application on BA website as it will have the owners or agents details

Ray Hollocks owned it along with Loddon Marina. Beauchamp too as you suggested. It was declined as residential planning which is nuts as it will never prosper as a pub.
It would make a great holiday rental.

You are right , a pub again will fail instantly
all that it is suitable for in my opinion is a home for someone

such a shame that such a beautiful location for a home is being left to go bad

big risk for investor trying to make that a holiday letting

they would need to plough 300k into it before they make a penny including purchase price and thats being conservative

May be well worth someone actually talking to the BA Planners as they are very approachable & the new Broads Local Plan was agreed last May as well as a number of changes to National Planning Guidance. All since the refused Application

Chris44 - I did try to PM you but it appears your in box could be full?
