Years ago so many bins were removed from the Norfolk Broads and it was immediately acknowledged as quite simply idiotic.
This is Ranworth Staithe which has bins and I believe is owned by the Broads Authority.
What is it going to take for people to realise that you can't have all these hire boats on the Broads without rubbish bins?
