Lockdown Backfires On Boat Owners

Post by Miles » April 17th, 2020, 2:33 pm

This angers me deeply.
It was so obvious that some primates would take advantage of a deserted Broads and boatyards.
It's time that boatyard owners, marinas and the Norfolk Broads in general was secured properly during lockdown.
It needs either active security guards 24 hours per day or the boatyard owners to offer some solutions.
The Broads Police can not possibly be everywhere at once 120 miles of waterways makes that impossible even for the Royal Navy.
The reality of the situation is whoever is behind these thefts most likely must be local as travel is not easy in these times. On that note, it means someone knows who it is and if they have any integrity as a human being?...then they need to make an anonymous call to Crimestoppers.
The fact that boats are being set adrift indicates a total disregard for anyone or anything.
