Thanks for the tip I have emailed Tony Wilkins at the BA to make a complaint with a photo of the damage, he did reply and suprise suprise there is nothing that they can do as its a civil mater, I think a bit of bad press is in order I might try to leave something negative on trip advisor or similar,...

Yes did think of something similar but by the time I have got my solicitor involved it would be more expensive than the repair, I am at the moment trying to get BA involved by emailing the hire boat tolls department and lodging a formal complaint against Barns Brinkcraft, probably won't do much good...

We were out last week and it wasn't that bad plenty of spaces at Wroxham the other side of the bridge and Hoverton viaduct mornings were almost empty Colt was busy but we did get a space, looking at the photos everyone when't south.

At least it can be put behind you now it all could have been prevented if the dog was on a lead and/or muzzled there was no excuse our last dog a beagle bit a freind when in the house we had him put down same afternoon

Your leg looks a mess I hope you are ok dog bites do bloody hurt I ended up with stitches in my right arm from a German Shepherd years ago and still have the scars.
