Passed Norwich YS yesterday looked like 2 craft tied up by the Office & possibly a Ranger boat alongside them I was driving so could not see what activity was taking place

In the list of BA spending in February is an item Stalham Staithe Signs X 2 £502 so looks like they are ready for the agreement to be signed off with the Town Council once the Land Registry matter is sorted

I heard last evening that Stalham TC are still awaiting confirmation from Land Registry that they are the Registered Owner before they can sign a agreement with BA to allow 24 Hour Mooring Regulations to be implemented
