Looking through Craigs collection of Brooms, the only one with a similar window layout is the "Broom Mariner".

I was chatting to a chap only the other day who moors near Broads Ambition and I am sure they are similar. Impressive boats.

I prefer the classy look of the Brooms myself. Along with the Martham Fleet, I think these boats do look "the most at home" gliding around the broads.

To be honest, when I look at the modern hire boats they do absolutely nothing for me at all. I am sure a lot of skill is involved in their manufacture but there is no comparison with these beauties from the past.
