High Seas

I had and have no desire to get involved in a lengthy debate but will make this one more post for clarification, you are entitled to your own interpretation and I mine, I place little store in Wikipedia as most of the content is not verified in real terms, I am not insulted and rarely am, it takes a special kind of intelligence to get even close to doing that besides which I am far to thick skinned, my spelling was intentional something I am particular about but just to expand your logic I assume you would put someone who spends a couple of weeks holidaying in a touring caravan in the same as category as those that spend their lives moving around in their homes (caravans) often trespassing on private property in the process with little regard for others and their property and you wonder why some people look upon continuous cruisers with suspicion and distrust.

This is exactly the point I am making.
What on Earth have caravans got to do with liveaboards?
Nothing.
What have people trespassing in caravans got to do with liveaboards?
Nothing.
And I believe who you are referring to is gypsies and pikeys and they too have nothing to do with liveaboards.
with little regard for others and their property and you wonder why some people look upon continuous cruisers with suspicion and distrust.

All you are trying to do here is discriminate against liveaboards.
You are making a bigoted rant.
That is your only intention.

Don't worry old chap, it was just a troll coming through.
Using 11 different IP addresses ranging from Canada to Holland.
I just checked his email too and it was 1pack2man@gmail.com which could be interpreted as, '1 to Packman'.
It is really quite disturbing to what lengths people will go to but at least being the administrator I can get to expose it to the public and drain the swamp.
Anyway, time to move on, clearly the 🦈 sharks are still in the waters of the Broads.lol

One thing above all here concerns me and that if anyone has a differing opinion then they are ridiculed etc , that's not right surely , I'm not saying I agree but I am saying that ridiculing someone for having a different point of view is wrong .

Ridiculed?
You lost me there.
Did you not see the email address and bouncing I.P. addresses? Nice touch but been down this road before.

The chap posting as Jonesy who was apparently disagreeing what a liveaboard is, he's a troll, he registered in June to troll the forum.
His email he was using was 1pack2man@gmail which spells 1 to Packman.
He came on the site to troll liveaboards.
Again

Iv no idea what his email is I can't see that but I didn't see him as contentious or aggressive just had a different point of view that's all .
I'm highly surprised that all emails of members haven't been verified in light of that last troll especially those joining recently , however that's a very strange email address but really its so simple to do ( even I can do that ) and its something that need monitoring to keep trolls out , has he now been banned ? .
