Hard to imagine that anyone would take the bins away from the Norfolk Broads.
Here are some facts:
rivers carry an estimated 1.15-2.41 million tonnes of plastic into the sea every year, an amount that needs between 48,000 to over 100,000 dump trucks to carry it away
So when the Norfolk Broads bins went, I wonder whether that figure went up or down?
