Personally, I have to be critical about this article in the EDP.
Simply because if Norwich city was geared up properly and made more welcoming to boaters, like Amsterdam, then people from all over Europe could make the trip to these waterways.
Attracting a few SUP boarders who will end up causing chaos, as this summer witnessed, and a few rides on a wherry is not really the cleverest or greatest idea at all.
How about bringing the facilities into the current century and then perhaps more people would *u*k here as they should be anyway.
