Flooding

Post by Dances With Otters » December 13th, 2017, 10:41 am

The water levels have been very high for sometime now and seem to be going up rather than down.
Even the library is flooded on the grounds anyway, no wonder it was built on stilts.

Look how close these houses are to the water level, it would only take one boat to go passed too quickly and their front rooms would get taken out by waves.

Global warming! Dad, who is at St Olaves said they had a really low water at the weekend that grounded a canal boat.... So how are they getting lows and we are getting floods? BA blocked river at Yarmouth? Salhouse island is quite well waterlogged too! Somone once told me that the Wroxham library grounds used to be Wroxham swimming pool which is why the hollow is there. Probably not true but somone on this site will know why it's built like that.
Let the world flood! I live on a boat!
