Could be a turning point, I know if I were to liveaboard I would want a 'home base' mooring and up until now it would have had to be an 'under the radar' one which we all know exist in boatyards all over the broads but licenced ones are much better

A lot of liveaboards don't want to live in a trailer park and I can understand that but to have a pit stop is great.

This was a big win for River Waveney Centre and it did not put the BA in good light at all. It most certainly would not have encouraged other boat yards to apply and sends out a very anti liveaboard sentiment which is not well received with residential boaters across the United Kingdom and possibly the rest of the world too.
