Hit Again!

Post by High Seas » August 16th, 2017, 8:38 am

Yes, you got it.
Hit again by another idiot and did they stop?...of course not.
This time it was Richardsons H798-4 Amber Gem 2.
I hope the hire boat companies are reading this and see what a complete and utter pain in the arse your bloody customers are and how they smash the *u*k out of people's boats and never stop.
You need to sort this out people and take responsibility for what's happening.
Your boats, your customers are a nightmare and it's time you educated them properly before giving them the keys and showing them the ropes.
Fortunately this was witnessed by another boater who had the decency to write down the boat details. In the past 10 days I have been hit by 5 different boats and in every case they failed to stop and in every case they were hire boats.

A garboard drain light on the Broads? Nah!

Its so annoying. You know in three and half years on the Broads I have only been hit by one private boat and that was brother because he lost power but oddly enough he stopped to say, sorry old bean, bloody wind.
