Back to work BA

Post by JohnS » March 12th, 2018, 7:45 am

Just a curious, as Easter is only a couple of weeks away, does anyone know if the rangers will be back at the Gt Yarmouth yacht station? I know. They were there for Easter last year, but not sure if that was because it was. Later in the year? Same question for the rangers at Reedham please? Also, when is the leccy going back on at Reedham? Thanks 8-)

The best thing to do is to give them a call at their head office.

From their web site...

The Broads Authority runs yacht stations at Norwich and Great Yarmouth.

These are staffed daily from 8.00am to 8.00pm from the Saturday before Easter until the first week of November. We also have a quay attendant at Reedham Quay from 9am to 6pm during those months. Our Yacht Stations are closed outside of this period and so mooring is prohibited in the winter period.

Excellent, so they’re back Saturday week then 👍
I might have my first trip across breydon this year at Easter. I like the northern broads during the winter, but I’m keen to go south again.
Thanks for the info
