Temperatures are definitely higher today after the recent polar vortex phenomenon we all experienced.
I am no meteorologist but I am aware that the spring tide was very recent and with all the ice melting now, it is inevitable in my opinion that there may be some negative effects with water levels. The moon is still 93% illuminated and waning gibbous.
Judging by the rest of the country, I would say Norfolk held it's own and considering the flat land of the county with Storm Emma, I think we all did rather lucky in the weather in comparison. However, the ice has to melt and the water has to go somewhere.
