Wroxham Demasting Zone?

Post by Dances With Otters » January 8th, 2018, 9:19 am

Coming up the River Bure towards Wroxham is a fine journey, however, demasting your sailboat is going to be a potential issue if you can not do it on the go like some can and some can't. Me included.
Wroxham Island is a 15 minute trip away from the low Wroxham Bridge and this is the last place you can actually stop and moor up to demasting going in

Coming out you have Hoveton viaduct and also Bridge Broad only if it is suitable to demast your vessel away from a mooring.

⛵ Life is short, even on its longest day ⛵
