I was surprised and rather disappointed that the gauge for reading the water clearance height at Potter Heigham is illegible.
I have not been up here for a long time and I recall it was similar then.
Considering this is such a tricky bridge and one that all boats need to know the height of, I find it quite bazaar that it is like this.
I now know that Wroxham bridge has it's gauges maintained on a regular basis but Potter Heigham is not looking too good.
I will add a photo when it stops raining.
