Its not about having a grudge against the NBF or the people mentioned its about being lorded over by folk who think they are better than others.

Did anyone read karen&mikes post about having second thoughts about retiring to Norfolk...........well thank *u*k for that!

Its a great place to get away from urban life and all its trappings but I think to retire here would be one step up from the I.O.W.
It is just too damn detached from the rest of England.
I mentioned once about the pace of getting things done in Norfolk, you know the usual, Normal For Norfolk quotes and all those quips about how slow it takes to get things moving. Paladine came along with a speedy reply along the lines of something like, well if you don't like Norfolk, then options remain.
I thought it that was a little O.T.T. for a merry jape but hey ho, he could have trolled me.

Apparently pillow case sales at Lathams have gone up considerably.

I wouldnt call that a merry jape, its classic NBF rhetoric and completely uncalled for.

Hello Miles,

Please read VERY SLOOOWLY this time, I'll break-up the the big words to help you out a little.
Ok Miles, here we go ...

You see that PO-LICE-MAN, you know, the one with the white car and BIG FLASHY LIGHT on top, the one that goes DEH-DUH-DEH-DUH-DEH-DUH?
That one, right?

Well, go and visit him in person and tell him he has an email waiting for him. Tell him the man they are MAN-HUNT-ING is waiting to GIVE him his contact detials. Do you UN-DER-STAND what I am trying to tell you, or am I using too many BIG words for you? Forget about playing 'PI Weston' for a while, just CON-CEN-TRATE, let the PO-LICE-MAN know that he has a message from me. It contains the IN-FOR-MATION you are trying to find.

If you do that, like a good boy, I might even by you an ice cream!
No go tell him, quick, before I change my mind!

Regards,
Lee Segram
