Re: How To Clean A Boat Hull

No the scrubbis has a reversible head, foam ribbed on one side for removing algie and a plastic blade on the other side of the head for removing crustations, and you can get replacement blades & heads if needed, the plastic blade does not apare to damage the hull or antifoul, I have used the plastic...

Re: How To Clean A Boat Hull

The Scrubbis works well I have had one for 3 years the whole boat can be done in about 10 mins no need to move the boat off the mooring due to the angle and adjustable length of the handle it can all be done from the deck and yes due to the positive bouyancy of the head it really holds itself to the...

Re: Norfolk Broad's Rubbish Bins Petition

That's a dam shame as I kept trying to sign the petition as the lack of rubbish disposal is a big problem at moorings, as I don't do Facebook, if you raise a petition on there you are welcome to add my name to the list 👍

Re: How To Winterise A Boat

I must say that the vidio is very good at showing how to winterise a boat, he knows how to charge $700, $200 for parts and $500 labour for 2.5 hours work I must be doing something wrong, I can't get that rate per hour and I work in aviation. Just going off topic slightly I am off to the boat show on...

Re: How To Winterise A Boat

Antifreeze in the water tank does not sound healthy as it is toxic and 2 ounces is enough to kill a dog, you would have to really flush the tank out after winter, I just run all the water out through the taps and leave open and disconnect both inlet and outlet pipes from the water pump
