The BA did permit one of the boats from that Neatishead charity to moor up at Hoveton St.John last year, or is it Jon?....as they were digging out the waterways.

Strange coincidence as the Pelican up here on the north Broads has reserved the Sutton Staithe mooring too, in fact it's been there since 25th June. :roll: :evil: :twisted: :roll:

That is so annoying. I mentioned that issue just over a year ago Closed Burgh Casrle and have not been passed since. What is actually wrong with this Broads Authority? I personally always go to Great Yarmouth to moor when the tide is nearly on high tide. Firstly, the current coming in on a rising tide is no where near as aggressive as when it drops. Drink-boat legislation is actually on the statute books, in the Railways and Transportation Safety Act of 2003.
